The Detroit Pistons not too long ago waived ahead/heart Paul Reed.
Reed, claimed off waivers by the Pistons on July 9, 2024, is averaging 4.8 factors and 1.9 rebounds in 12 video games this season.
Per the Detroit Free Press, “the Pistons, after transferring on from Reed’s $7.7 million in wage, have dropped under the NBA’s wage flooring of $126.5 million by roughly $1.4 million, based on ESPN. The CBA dictates groups are required to achieve the ground by the top of Sunday. Reed’s wage would’ve been assured on Jan. 10.”
