The previous Alfa Romeo Formulation 1 reserve driver will race the British squad’s #12 Porsche 963 LMDh together with staff common Will Stevens and Norman Nato.
Ilott and Nato had been introduced on Monday by Jota for #12 in its expanded two-car Hypercar squad together with Phil Hanson, who will race the #38 automotive along with Oliver Rasmussen and a yet-to-be-determined third driver.

“I have been ultra-impressed with the staff, they’re extremely skilled, and I already know that with the Porsche, we’ll be difficult for prime outcomes subsequent season and hopefully success at Le Mans itself.”
Ilott is switching to sportscar after splitting with the Juncos Hollinger IndyCar staff for which he had raced because the finish of 2021.
