LSU cornerback Javien Toviano turned himself in to authorities in Baton Rouge, La., on Sunday after an arrest warrant sought him on suspicion of video voyeurism.
Per the warrant, Toviano is accused of filming himself having intercourse with a lady with out her consent to be recorded. The girl informed police Toviano had recorded them having intercourse previously with out her consent and he or she made it clear to him she didn’t wish to be recorded.
The girl mentioned a clock with a built-in digicam close to the mattress recorded movies that she later discovered on Toviano’s iPad. Toviano admitted in an interview with detectives that he had used the hidden digicam for this objective.
LSU suspended Toviano from all workforce actions, in response to a press release. LSU’s preseason camp begins Aug. 1.
Toviano was a top-100 recruit within the Class of 2023 and performed in 13 video games as a freshman, ending with 33 tackles, one cross breakup and one fumble restoration.
