Marcus Morris, Cavaliers Agree To 10-Day Contract


The Cleveland Cavaliers are signing Marcus Morris Sr. to a 10-day contract. Morris was waived by the San Antonio Spurs, after a commerce deadline day deal from the Philadelphia 76ers. As a result of San Antonio waived Morris on February 29, he retains playoff eligibility, if he is signed by the top of the common season.

Cleveland will add some further frontcourt depth. Evan Mobley continues to be out with a sprained ankle, and Max Strus has additionally been out with a sore knee.
